St George’s Cathedral Food Pack Ministry We dropped off a further 100 food packs to the Cathedral for their ministry to the City of Perth’s people in need of daily food. Since December 2017 we have given 364 food packs. Thank you to everyone who is supporting this ministry of care. The Dean of the Cathedral has written to us as follows (the letter is on the notice board); Dear Joanne, Please pass on my gratitude for the wonderful donation of 100 food packs for our homeless support program. I know this represents a huge effort on behalf of the parish and yourself. The level of need for this kind of immediate crisis support in the city is growing and your generosity is both an indication of the parish community’s Christian commitment to support those in need and your leadership. Yours in Christ, The Very Reverend Richard Pengelley, Dean of Perth On behalf of the Chapter and congregation of St George’s Cathedral
