ST MARGARET’S HIGHFLYER
Team Leaders for Operation Clean-Up
Our hospital was in an unacceptable condition as we didn't have brush cutters, our acting CEO
called the general meeting to explain the situation and her vision of `Sukuma Silungise Ko-
nakele. The vision was accepted with great pleasure by the management and the staff. It was
suggested that that all members to donate R5.00 towards preparation of the project for the
working group to have something to eat. The institution manage to get one brush cutter from
our Quality Manager which was of great help.
The project was a success as the staff members from different department worked very hard
and the day was joyous and staff members supported each other and team spirit was evident.
A the day progresses the Board Members who came for the meeting, also joined the working
team, displaying their skills of gardening as they find the CEO busy with her team.

Non nursing staff brightened the day by wearing red and white attire for the day. The ceremony was attended by the CHF from TB HIV Care, the hospital staff inpatients, and outpatients. The content touched on the devastating effects this dis-ease has caused. A moment of silence was observed to remember all those who succumbed to AIDS related infections. Prayer which gave us hope and strength to continue this battle was given to the audience. All the people who attended were thanked by the Operational Manag-er of the clinic. The ceremony was closed in prayer at 12H00. A walk followed to the nearby tavern and shop and on the way condoms and pamphlets were distributed. The day was a success.
