  • St. Louis de Montfort Mission Statement We are called to be and to become a loving family centered in Jesus. We acknowledge and accept that each of us is unique and has special gifts from the Holy Spirit. We wish to nurture, develop and share these gifts within and for the Body of Christ. Having been called by Baptism into that Body, We celebrate our relationship in Word, Sacrament and Family Celebration. We are then sent to call others to Christ through who we are and what we do. We recognize Christ’s call to be one in Him and commit ourselves to his way of life.

DID YOU KNOW Parents and teachers can prevent abusive behaviors Children, in particular, may have difficulty chan-neling their feelings appropriately and can easily pick up negative or demeaning cues given by adults around them. Given the diversity of Amer-ica’s schools, some students may become targets of hostility and blame. Bullying and harassment are never acceptable, but they can be especially damaging at this critical time in our nation’s his-tory. Parents and school personnel need to be pre-pared to quickly and effectively prevent and stop abusive behaviors that are directed toward any students. For a copy of the VIRTUS® article, “A National Tragedy: Promoting tolerance and peace in children,” email [email protected].

¿SABIA USTED?
