In our profession there is a saying – who has already had a taste of MLM, can never be diverted from the ide- al of an independent life and passive income, from the pleasure of creative and still independent work which is based on multiplication and taking responsibility. That’s what happened to me, too. As a pedagogue, I did not know anything about Network Marketing, so I started without any knowledge of this profession. Still, the infinite enthusiasm and the belief in my sponsors’ knowledge yielded successes that I not only did not dare to set as aims when I joined, but I did not dream about at all either. After the years of active networking, as an indepen- dent trainer not engaged to any company, I could al- ways co-operate the most effectively with people who worked enthusiastically on reaching their aims, be- lieved in the mission of their company and their spon- sors’ instructions, and were committed to sponsor their colleagues, and passed on both their theoretical and practical knowledge they obtained. I preserve the memory of the day in my heart when László Gaál offered the opportunity of club member- ship in his new group that started that time as a great honour and the beginning of a new, significant chapter in my life. Since Hanni and Laci had set an excellent ex- ample to networkers both humanly and professionally for the previous one and a half decade, I was sure that I could work at a great place, with great people, for great aims in this Club. I feel fortunate, because the members of my family are there for me in all, they have regularly consumed the Flavon max products from the very first moment, and they also accepted this business as a family enter- prise. They are continually supporting my work day by day, support and enable me to forward the message of Flavon with pleasure and enthusiasm. Many people have asked me many times what I consider real success. Well, my answer is very simple, since it is not money and badges that mean real success for me but friends who trust us and who we can work together with. I would like to take this opportunity to thank my dear friends – Gyula and Emese, Zoltán and Noémi, Györgyi and her family, Kati and József, Zoltán and Irén, Kati and Tibor, Judit and her family, Sándor, Tamás and his family, Éva, Gyöngyim, Irén and Tibor, József and his family, Gábor and Zsolt, Sándor and Kati - that they joined me and due to their work this fantastic group of 28,000 people could be built up. Unfortunately, in the frame of this article I do not have the opportunity to thank every colleague of mine for their enthusiasm with that they contributed to the qualification of my first Presidency Club Member, the twelve Diamond Elite leaders in my group, dozens of qualifications to the Elite Club, and the success of peo- ple who reached the Millionaire or Millionaire Plus level. My aim is that Flavon Group would not pay even one cent Managerial Bonus to me due to the fact that every friend and partner of mine reached the highest leadership level set up by the Gaál family and can en- joy the rewards related to that, health and success! As a matter of fact, my story also began in the same way as that of the unknowing bumble-bee,” as 17 years ago I had no idea what network marketing was, and, of course, how much learning awaited me in this busi-ness. I just simply “entered,” and a door to a new world opened to me. The door to a new, more independent, wealthier and healthier world.

  • As a garden fruit, it was started to be grown as late as the 15th century in the Northern, North-Western part of Europe (the Netherlands, Hansa cities) and the Baltic Sea. The nutritional value of its fruit was recognized early, and has been ap-plied in traditional medicine widely.

It is grown in Poland and Russia in the largest quantity, 80% of the total world yield comes from these 2 countries. Further significant growers are Austria, Germany, New-Zealand, the Czech Repub-lic, the Ukraine, the United Kingdom and Hungary. It is a cold resistant plant that prefers cool climate. It does not tolerate hot summer periods with a temperature higher than 30 °C. It dislikes solar ra-diation and the rise in temperature caused by the fiery Sun. Berries ripe in the order of blooming on the bunches. During harvesting time, a part of ber-ries are often unripe, but the ripest ones already fall from the bunch.

During World War II., there was a significant shortage in fruits with high vitamin C content (e.g. orange) in the United Kingdom. As blackcurrant contains a significant quantity of the cited vitamin, and considering that the English climatic condi-tions are suitable for its cultivation, the British administration provided an outstanding amount of aid for establishing blackcurrant plantations. As a result, the quantity produced in the United Kingdom started to increase rapidly. As of 1942, almost all the yield was made into squash, and the „children of the nation” could get it for free. This historic fact laid down the basis for the popularity of blackcurrant among the British. Nowadays, the fruit is served in various forms.

It is also a popular fruit in the German language area: it is consumed in nectars, fruits juices, jams and alcoholic beverages. The famous Linz cake is made from blackcurrant as well.

The outstanding nutritional value of the ber-ries of blackcurrant, which are rich in minerals and vitamins, is due to its excellent inner constit-uents.

It has a significant cellulose, pectin and pro-tein content as well. It is rich in mineral salts as well, primarily in calcium, phosphorus and mag-nesium. The old monastic sources from the 12th century mention blackcurrant as a remedy for eruptive, inflamed skin. They also observed a de-crease in the abnormally high cholesterol and fat level of the blood. It enhances the healthy op-eration of intestinal flora. Many studies mention its detoxicating and diuretic effect. In traditional medicine the juice of the fresh fruit is used pri-marily, but squash, fruit juice, sweets and, from the dried fruit, tea is made from blackcurrant.

Finally, let’s taste a refreshing summer cock-tail, for which this noble fruit is an essential ingre-dient:

Kir Royal: 9/10 part dry champagne, 1/10 part Creme de Cassis (original blackcurrant liquor). Pour the ice cold champagne onto the Creme

de Cassis in a champagne glass, then decorate it with blackcurrant or red currant. Cheers!

How would you like an extra $5,000 to $10,000 or more a year? This money can be earned simply by becoming a better negotiator, yet most people in the United States rarely take advantage of the power of bargaining, except on rare occasions when making large purchases like cars and houses. In other countries, like Asia, peo-ple there negotiate everything everyday and save thousands.

Negotiating is like a martial arts contest where power, leverage and timing can mean the differ-ence between winning and losing. In martial arts the black belt symbolizes mastery of the craft and there are seven major belts that you must master before being awarded the highest honor.

Beginners in martial arts start out as white belts. This symbolizes purity and lack of knowl-edge like a seed waiting to germinate. Likewise, in negotiating there are indicators that you are a novice such as not being aware that everything is negotiable under the right circumstances. Not only cars and houses can be subject to haggling in the United States even such items as death and taxes can be negotiable as well. For instance, if you can negotiate better healthcare you are likely to live longer and if you can reduce your taxes you instantly increase your standard of living. The au-thor regularly receives a “good patient” discount from his dentist because he always pays his bills promptly and, when representing clients before the IRS, has gotten the agency to forgive tens of thousands of dollars in back taxes.

The second rank is usually the yellow belt and represents the seed reaching for the sun and get-ting ready to grow. In martial arts you prepare for a contest by spying on your opponent to find any weaknesses. In negotiating you do the same thing by doing your homework about the party you are bargaining with. For example, if you’re buying a diamond ring what are the attributes that make one more valuable than the other and what’s the lowest price you can find the one you want on the internet?

The third belt is green which symbolizes the seed beginning to sprout. In martial arts you learn how to warm up by stretching your muscles so you don’t injure yourself. In negotiating you warm up by building rapport with the other party through small talk. Many amateur bargainers miss this step which is crucial because people like to do business with people they like.

The fourth belt is blue symbolizing the plant reaching for the sky. In martial arts you prac-tice your punching and blocking techniques. At this stage in the bargaining process you learn torespond to offers in a way that doesn’t give away your intentions. For example, if a seller offers you a five percent discount you should reply, “You’ll have to do better than that.” This implies that their offer isn’t good enough with you putting anything on the table yourself.

MICHAEL SOON LEE:Seven Steps To Becoming A Black Belt Negotiator

  • The fifth belt is usually brown calling to mind the plant becoming firmly rooted into the earth. In martial arts this is the stage when you learn to use time effectively in a tournament. Negotiators at this level know that it’s crucial to set deadlines for the other party otherwise there is no pressure to come to agreement. Savvy bargainers know that if you give people all day to make up their minds they will take all do. They are also aware that the one with the least time pressure usually wins.

The sixth belt is red symbolizing the setting sun and the fact that the plant has matured. This is the stage where martial artists learn to always be on guard because there can be unfair fighters who will kick you when your back is turned or even hit you below the belt.

Similarly there are dirty fighters in negotiating who try to trigger your emotions by insulting you or those who will try to renegotiate a contract after signing it. Experienced negotiators do not allow themselves to get emotionally involved and pro-tect themselves against renegotiations by always saving something for the end for such events.

The final belt is black meaning that the high-est level of skill has been achieved. However, just like in martial arts, the learning never stops. In fact, there are actually ten degrees of black belts each one harder than the last. In negotiating you can never stop learning if you want to be a master. There are many ways to improve your bargaining skill such as going to garage sales and flea mar-kets and to constantly look for opportunities to bargain.
