Mission Statement The Mission of St. Helena’s and St. Mary’s parish is to use the closeness of our community to promote the proclamation of the Good News, the beauty and richness of celebration, and the sharing of ourselves in service to God’s people. Believing in the equality of all within Christ’s family, we strive to have all people find their ministry in the church. We realize the importance of religious education to all members of the parish in helping them answer the call of Christ, to grow as ministers to our own parish and to the world community.

A Prayer to our Heavenly Father
Scripture : A father of the fatherless, a defender of widows, is
God in His holy habitation. Psalm 6, 8:5
Prayer : Heavenly Father, we thank you for caring about each of us so deeply. Help us to see and know you as our Father in heaven each and every day of our lives. Your loving hand also rests on every child today carried in its mother’s womb. May they be born into this world and come to know fully and personally your endless love. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen
-Randolph Sly, National Pro-Life Religious Council
