Sunday, June 21, 2020 Twelfth Sunday in Ordinary Time

Blessed is God who always has the beautiful things in life for us, as a loving father who is always aware of his children.

Today, dear brothers, we are returning after almost two months of celebrations such as Lent, Holy Week, Easter and the different solemnities such as Pentecost, the Holy Trinity and Corpus Christi, we are returning to ordinary time, a time of hope in God. The ornamental colors change from white to green, which means hope in God. And what better way to return to ordinary time than by meditating on the word of God with the Prophet Jeremiah, a word that expresses the trust that he has in God, despite the many difficulties, conflicts and sufferings with the people of Israel. Jeremiah knows that God never leaves his children. This is one of the attitudes that all believers in God should have.

Let's look and contemplate the words of Jesus in today's gospel when Jesus would seem that knowing what the Prophet Jeremiah is suffering speaks of the attitudes of men before the followers of Jesus, but especially it is of the attitudes that the disciples must have before life, where justice al-ways comes in its own time. So when Jesus said, "What I tell you at night, proclaim it in broad day-light, and what I say to you in the ear, proclaim it from the rooftops" Mt 10, 27. We must always live doing the best, what we have learned from good Do it at all times, our faith is not just to live in the temple, it is to express it at all times. Without fear of anything or anyone, because as Saint Paul says, "in the end salvation comes to us from Jesus in whom the abundance of life and the grace of God overflows" Rom. 5, 15.

Dear brothers and sisters, following Jesus is a giant commitment, a commitment of love and trust, where we should not stay in the problems and difficulties of life, but think that better things will always come in life. Fully trusting in Jesus as the solution of our lives. Let us ask the Holy Spirit to give us the strength to always profess our faith firmly wherever we are.

On this day that we honor our parents, let us remember the best moments that we have spent or spent with our parents, grandparents, uncles and other men who have been like our parents - living or deceased -, the best teachings and care they have had with us. . God takes care of us in the best way and always wants the best for us. Let us continue working to put our trust fully in God. Happy Father’s day to our fathers on their special day!!!!!

Domingo 21 de Junio, 2020 Duodécimo Domingo del Tiempo Ordinario

Bendito Dios que nos tiene siempre las cosas bellas de la vida, como un padre amoroso que siempre esta al tanto de sus hijos.

Hoy queridos hermanos estamos regresando después de casi dos meses de celebraciones como la Cuaresma, la semana Santa, la Pascua y las diferentes solemnidades como Pentecostés, la Santísima Tri-nidad y Corpus Christi estamos regresando al tiempo ordinario, tiempo de esperanza en Dios. Los colo-res ornamentales cambian de color blanco al verde que significa la esperanza en Dios. Y que mejor for-ma de regresar al tiempo ordinario que meditando la palabra de Dios con el Profeta Jeremías, una pala-bra que nos expresa la confianza que tiene en Dios, a pesar de las muchísimas dificultades, conflictos y sufrimientos con la gente del pueblo de Israel. Jeremías sabe que Dios nunca deja a sus hijos. Esta es una de las actitudes que deberíamos tener todos los creyentes en Dios.

Miremos y contemplemos las palabras de Jesús en el evangelio del día de hoy en que Jesús pare-cería que sabiendo lo que sufre el Profeta Jeremías habla de las actitudes de los hombres ante los segui-dores de Jesús, pero especialmente es de las actitudes que los discípulos deben tener ante la vida, donde la justicia siempre llega a su tiempo. Ahí que al decir Jesús “Lo que les digo de noche, pregónenlo en pleno día, y lo que les digo al oído, pregónenlo desde las azoteas” Mt 10, 27. Siempre hay que vivir ha-ciendo lo mejor, lo que hemos aprendido de bueno hacerlo en todo momento, nuestra fe no es solo para vivir en el templo, es para expresarla en todo momento. Sin temor a nada ni a nadie, pues como dice San Pablo, “al final la salvación nos viene de Jesús en quien se desborda la abundancia de la vida y la gracia de Dios” Rom. 5, 15.

Queridos hermanos y hermanas, seguir a Jesús es un compromiso gigante, un compromiso de amor y confianza, donde no debemos quedarnos en los problemas y dificultades de la vida, sino pensar que siempre vendrán cosas mejores en la vida. Confiando plenamente en Jesús como la solución de nuestras vidas. Pidamos al Espíritu Santo que nos de las fuerzas necesarias para siempre profesar nuestra fe de una forma firme donde quiera que estemos.

En este día que honramos a nuestros Padres, recordemos los mejores momentos que hemos pasa-do o pasamos con nuestros papas, abuelos, tíos y otros hombres que han sido como nuestros padres -vivos o difuntos-, las mejores enseñanzas y cuidados que han tenido con nosotros. Dios nos cuida de la mejor manera y siempre quiere lo mejor para nosotros, sigamos trabajando para poner nuestra confianza plenamente en Dios. Feliz día para nuestros padres en este día del Padre….!!!!!
