I want people that are not aware of who saint Columba was (especially people of Ireland) to read the book and to get an idea of what a monumental and historical figure he was and is. And how we should not forget about him and his achievements.
To educate
I want For those who know who saint Columba was to learn more about his life. To become aware of his pivotal role in early Irish and British Christianity. To realise how important saint Columba was in terms of not only religion but art, language and culture.
