Established in 2005, we are specialized to supply the shipbuilding equipment and

have been working steadily for 10 years by cooperating with Korean shipyards such

as DSME, Hyundai Mipo Dockyard, STX offshore & shipbuilding and Hanjin Heavy

Industry, etc.

Basically, we have facilities to manufacture shipbuilding equipment like watertight

sliding door, pilot door and offshore fabrication structures.

In addition to, we have a R&D center in order to develop our new equipment and

improve the quality of products. We have good understanding of the change of world

wide shipbuilding industry so we can give our business partners satisfaction.

The electric / hydraulic-operated watertight sliding door ST-IⅠis compact modular type, and it is delivered in the condition for quick installation. The door is factory tested and adjusted as far as possible in the manufacturing conditions. On site installation is therefore limited to welding of the frame into the bulkhead and connection of the electric and hydraulic.

ST-IⅠis manufactured to your special requirements and to the SOLAS / IMO regulations. The door is approved by Classification.

INTRODUCTION

Pilot Door

One(1) ele-hydraulic operated and inward opening type pilot door is fitted in each side of ship. Regarding the location of pilot door, please refer to the ship’s general arrange-ment. The pilot door shall be watertight by means of a sealing system with rubber seal and stainless steel 316L compression bar.The required water head will be informed by the yard.Pilot door will be manufactured to your special requirements and to the SOLAS / IMO regulations. The pilot door is approved by Classification.
