• NHS funding has been cut, not just for

charities but for businesses and organisations

across the regions as well• Donations are important for the hospice and it’s important to

stress what the hospice does and how much funds are needed in order to keep the hospice running in the respectful way that it does today

•Tweet Maps – locate the donators/businesses on twitter to know exactly where they are

•Director should have own twitter specifically for the hospice and information regarding new news from the website etc.

•Facebook – business pages – insights – Pinterest – competition where people have old photos of Preston/ Lancashire – best one gets a prize , polls, quizzes – better engage with donators

• We live in a multi-cultural society• Hospice can reflect each society as much as possible and get

various ethnicities on the database and up on website. • As a bilingual and a member of the ethnic minority – I can

also help communicate the key message of the hospice to a broader range of people
