Our community of faith prays for the healing of all those who have been abused

As members of the Catholic community, each of us can contribute to the healing of those harmed by abuse, especially by remembering victim-survivors in our prayers. We pray for those harmed by someone, whether in church, family, school or community, confident that healing is possible, and mindful that we can all work to prevent further abuse. Inspired by the vision of a victim-survivor, the Archdiocese of Los Angeles has created a prayer and information card as a tangible symbol of outreach and support to those in need. Please join in this effort and our shared hope that the resources and prayer on the card will reach those in need to bring the healing light of Christ to the darkest places of pain. The bilingual prayer card and multilingual post-ers, including information on how to report abuse, have been distributed to all parishes and are available for download at protect.la-archdiocese.org.

RELIGIOUS EDUCATION 2019-2020 We are extending until September 29th registrations for First Communion, Confirmation, Special Needs & RCIA. This Sunday, you may pick up the registra-tion forms from the tables outside. Forms may also be picked up from the parish office. The forms, docu-ments and administrative fee must be submitted at the same time in the parish office. Return complete form with the fees paid in full by the 29th of Septem-ber. Registration fees are as follow: First Com-munion years 1 and 2 $ 80.00/student. Confirmation year 1 is $80.00, year 2 is $100.00 $50.00 for siblings. Special needs $80/student.
