1 Pre-requisites for Access

To connect to Citrix servers on the SSN SSL GWs you must have the following:a) A class A badge installed on either Active Key, Active Card or OATH.

b) IE6 and greaterAccess granted to MMI compartment

2 Checking PrerequisitesPrerequisites Infrasec MMIs

SSL Gateway depends on Infrasec to manage the access to MMI. You need to get your HP Credientials to have access to MMI APJ. You can request this via:

https://infrasec.tools.emea.hp.com/loginThis takes a few days for approval and requires your managers approval.

Once granted, MMI_Trade_APJ is listed in Your MMIs list.

3 SSL G/Ws to access Jump Host1st Customer Jump Station Hostname:

1) Choose one of the following links closest to your location:Singapore SSL Gateway https://sgpvpn.omc.hp.com/

Sydney SSL Gateway https://sydvpn.omc.hp.com/And youre presented with a sign-in window as shown here:

Figure 2 Terminal Sessions4) Type server IP in Terminal Sessions field, click launch server.5) Further, click Add a Terminal Session button in the right side, select Windows Terminal Service from session type. Check Connect local drives and Allow Clipboard Sharing boxes.

Click Add to make server item shown in web site
