STOCKTON SWIM CLUB SAFETY RULES AND RESTRICTIONS  

It is very important that all SSC swimmers and their parents thoroughly understand it is critical that all rules 

and restrictions of SSC and the schools, which allow SSC to use their facilities, be strictly complied with. 

We ask that swimmers and parents read and discuss the rules below to ensure they are understood before 

they sign in the spaces provided at the bottom. Questions regarding rules can be brought up to either 

Coach Bryan or Coach Megan. 

   

● Driving or parking, even momentarily, to drop off or pick up swimmers in areas that have been restricted by the school is strictly prohibited.    ● All parents and SSC team members are responsible for ensuring that we contribute in keeping the school facilities as clean and safe as possible and that all rules are complied with of both SSC and the school.    ● No running, pushing, wrestling, fighting, throwing objects or other horseplay on the pool deck.  ● No standing, climbing, or playing on diving boards or lifeguard stands. ● Swimmers must be dropped off and be picked up promptly after any workout, meet or team event by a parent or other responsible adult. Children who are not USS registered team members may not be left on deck without adult supervision. ● It should be stressed that SSC is extremely lucky to be able to use the Saint Mary’s school facilities. This arrangement is jeopardized when the schools' rules are broken or abused. Failure to obey rules may result in the suspension or expulsion from the SSC Swim Team.
