Cable Operator Management System is integrated and automation software for cable

operators. Cable operators will distribute ! c"annels to t"eir customers for t"at t"ey

c"arge some money mont"ly.

o maintain t"eir customers and number of users t"is software provides automation.

#n t"is COM System t"ey can main t"eir staff member$s details and t"eir customerdetails. By using t"is COM System t"ey can divide t"eir areas macro parts to micro

parts. By using t"is system t"ey can meet t"eir business re%uirements. Cable

Operators once t"ey divided t"eir areas into micro parts t"en t"ey can assign t"eir

staff members to ta&e care about t"eir micro part areas.

areas. ,ow many active - non active customers are t"ere all t"ese details t"ey can view

it by using t"e reports. M#S reports were generated for t"e mont" of collections+

e/penses+ pending amount+ complaints area wise and date wise+ mont" wise.

Operators manage t"eir customers and provides t"e information about various c"annels. #t

ma&es easy to all operations of t"e Cable Operators and accurate.
