FINANCIAL OPTIONS

Option 1 = As per our Proposal. Entire CAPEX to be invested by TCS.

Option 2 Financial Model –

a) SREL will Invest and construct the Entire Plant



b) Land, Water & Electricity requirement will be TCS

Responsibility

c) TCS will pay Rs.1/- per Kg of Waste equal to the

Designed Capacity of the Plant i.e. 2,500 Kg’s. of Waste

per Day X Rs.1/- per Kg. = Rs.2500/- X 365 Days X 10 Years

d) TCS will pay the O & M Cost (Man Power Cost only) of

Rs.3,84,000/- per Annum for 10 Years

b) Land, Water & Electricity requirement will be Clients Responsibility

c) TCS will buy the entire gas @ Rs.45/- per Kg equal to the Designed Capacity of

the Plant i.e. 85 Kgs. of Gas / Day X 10 Years irrespective of the gas used or not

used by the Client.

a) SREL will Invest 50% of the Project Cost & Client will invest 50% of the balance

of Project Cost

b) Land, Water & Electricity requirement will be Clients Responsibility

c) TCS will pay Rs.0.50 / Kg of Waste equal to the Designed Capacity of the Plant

i.e. 2,500 Kgs. of Waste per Day X Rs.0.50/- per Kg. = Rs.1250/- X 365 Days X 10
