Training for Fresh Graduates

• 100% Job Assistance :

All trainings at SIPL are JOB ASSISTED, ensuring you to get placed ASAP.

• Eligibility for Fresher :

Graduates in (B.E. / B.Tech / BSc / BCom) etc, with communication skills.

For IT Companies / Recruiters

• Freshire (Fresh Hire) :

We provide Fresh Graduates having technical IT skills, for IT companies, at no cost.

• Experienced IT Resource :

Human resources with 6 months or above experience are chargeable at 5% of annual CTC offered to the candidate (non-negotiable).

For IT Companies / Recruiters

• Non IT Recruitments :

Human resources for NON IT profile, are chargeable at (depending on experience); 7%, 9% and 11% of annual CTC offered to the candidate.

• BPO : SQUAD does not provide

candidates for BPO profile.

Open Placements for all

• SQUAD offers Free of Cost placement to all candidates except BPO (SQUAD does not conduct recruitment for BPO openings). There is no mandatory need to undergo training from SQUAD.

• SQUAD is open to provide Corporate Trainers to training consultants / partners.
