Development Department vide Notification No. TPS-1S95/227\CR-26195ruD-13, dated the 25th

November, 1997 has sanctioned the Regional Plan for Pune District (hereinafter referred to as 'the said

Regional Plan') under Section 15 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966

(hereinafter referred to as o'the said Act") so as to come into force with effect from'the l0th February,

1998;

And whereas, Government in the Urban Development Department vide Notification No.TPS

t8l6l309lcR-4l3ll6UD-13, dated 1710312017 has sanctioned the modification under section 20 (4) of

the said Act in respect of alignment of 1l0mtr wide Ring Road (hereinafter referred to as "the said Ring

Road") for which the "Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority" is the Appropriate Authority;

(hereinafter referred to as " said Authority" )

And whereas, notice bearing No.TPS-18l6l309lc.R.4l3ll6UD-13, dated.30/03/2017 was

published regarding the changes in alignment in said Ring Road at S.No.125 of Mouje Dhayari,

S.No.339, 340 of Mouje Bhugaon, S.No.57 & 62 ofMotrje Marunji and Gat No.1102 of Mouje Wadaki;

And whereas, Government in the Urban Development Department vide Notification No.TPS

l8l6l309lCP.-4I3ll6ND-13, dated A810612018 has sanctioned the modification under section

20(4) of the said Act in respect of alignment of 110 mtr wide Ring Road at S.No.l25 of Mouje Dhayari,

S.Nd.339, 340 of Mouje Bhugaon and republished a notice bearing no.TPS-181613091 C.R.413/16ruD-

13, dated. 0810612018 uls 20 (3) of the said Act for modifuing alignment at S.No.57 & 62 of Mouje

Marunji (hereinafter referred to as "the said proposed modification");

And whereas, Government of Maharashtra is of opinion that, the proposed modification at Gat

No.l102 of Mouje Wadaki irublished vide notice dated 3010312017 is required to be rejected and it is

necessary to make certain changes in this alignment;

And whereas, Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority vide their letters dated

2110812018, 1710912018 and ISl09l20I8 has requested the Government to modifu the alignment of the

said Ring Road at Mauje Mangdewadi, Shivne, Bhugaon, Lavale, Sus, Ambi, Varale, Dehu, Induri;

And whereas, in view of the above required changes and after making necessary enquiries, the

Government of Maharashtra is of opinion that it is necessary to modify the alignment of the said Ring

Road at Mauje Wadaki shown specifically as change no.lA:lA on plan, and at Mauje Mangdewadi,

Bhugaon, Lavale, Sus, Ambi,Yarale, Dehu, Induri shown specifically as change no. l:I,3:3,4:4, 5:5,

6:6,7:7 on plan (hereinafter referred to as "the said proposed modification") and decided to modify

the said Regional Plan as per the proyisions of Section 20(2) otthe said Act;

And whereas, pursuant to the above, a notice bearing No.TPS-18l6l309lCP.-4l3ND-13, dated

0810612018 & No.TPS-I8T6l309lCP.-4l3ll6 (Part IDruD-l3, dated l0ll2l20l8 respectively, regarding

the Proposed Modification under sub section (3) of the Section 20 of the said Act, was published and

which was appeared in the Maharashtra Government Official GazetIe, Pune Division Supplement dated

2810612018 to 0410712018 on page no I to 3 & dated 2011212018 to 2611212018 on page no 1 to 3

respectively, for inviting Suggestions and /or Objections from the general public and the Joint

Director of Town Planning, Pune was authorised as the 'Officer' (hereinafter referred to as the "saidOfficer") by the Government to hear Suggestions and / or Objections and submit his report to the

Government;

And whereas, after completing all the legal formalities, the said officer submitted his report to

Government. Considering this report submitted by the said Offrcer and after consulting the Director ofTown Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune, the Government is of opinion that, it is necessary to sanction

the said proposed modification at Mauje Marunji and out of the said proposed modifications, keeping

changes no.4z4 and 6:6 in abeyance, remaining changes no.1:1, LA:IA, 3:3n 5:5, and 727 are required

to be sanction; '

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 20 of the said

Act, the Government of Maharashtra hereby accords sanction to the said proposed modification at Mauje

Marunji as shown on plan and accords sanction to remaining changes no.l:1, 1A:1A' 3:3, 5:5, and 7:7

out of the said proposed modifications, keeping changes no.4:4 and 6:6 in abeyance as shown on plan.

This Notification along with plan shall be made available for inspection to the general public

during offrce hours on all working days at the following offices:-

1) Director of Town Planning, Central Building, Pune-4l1001.

2) Metropolitan Commissioner, PMRDA.

3) Joint Director of Town Planning, Pune.

This Notification shall also be published on the Government website
