    Dr. Kent A. Pool, a Baptist missionary who teaches at Doan Baptist

    Seminary, Iloilo City for his critical analysis on grammatical, conservative

    perspectives and editing.

    During this journey I have discovered many educational administrators were

    committed their time to answer spiritual intelligence assessment inventory. These

    people include Rev. Peter Joseph, Executive Secretary of Association for Theological

    Education in Myanmar for his endorsement to conduct my field research among

    (ATEM) member college principals in Yangon area, Myanmar; the selected principals

    who are not member theological colleges of (ATEM) in Yangon, Myanmar for their

    active participation; and the deans and chairpersons of the Baptist colleges in the

    Panay Island, Philippines. These administrators deserve accolades and public

    recognition for sharing with me their time in responding to the questionnaire;

    My Dissertation Committee Members (Dr. Limuel R. Equina, Dr. Margen A.

    Java, Dr. Lynn J. Pareja, Dr. Fely P. David and Dr. Lucy B. Catalogo) for sharing

    their experiences and expertise and constructive criticism which further improved the

    quality of my work;

    the Principal of All Nations Theological Seminary for his prayer and moral support

    from very beginning until my dream seemed beyond reach;

    our daughters, Cing Khan Vung, Huai Nuam Khai, Khai Suan Dim, and newly born

    during my absence for study and writing of the research work;

    overcome challenges, and my siblings Mr. Lun Khan Nang and Mr. Ngo Lamh Cin

    for their persistent prayers and moral support during my studies;

    every time we need their presence most;

    Dungun Christian Church for their concern and prayer support while our two

    daughters were born and hospitalized at Iloilo Mission Hospital; the only Myanmar
