Dr. Kent A. Pool, a Baptist missionary who teaches at Doan Baptist
Seminary, Iloilo City for his critical analysis on grammatical, conservative
perspectives and editing.
During this journey I have discovered many educational administrators were
committed their time to answer spiritual intelligence assessment inventory. These
people include Rev. Peter Joseph, Executive Secretary of Association for Theological
Education in Myanmar for his endorsement to conduct my field research among
(ATEM) member college principals in Yangon area, Myanmar; the selected principals
who are not member theological colleges of (ATEM) in Yangon, Myanmar for their
active participation; and the deans and chairpersons of the Baptist colleges in the
Panay Island, Philippines. These administrators deserve accolades and public
recognition for sharing with me their time in responding to the questionnaire;
My Dissertation Committee Members (Dr. Limuel R. Equina, Dr. Margen A.
Java, Dr. Lynn J. Pareja, Dr. Fely P. David and Dr. Lucy B. Catalogo) for sharing
their experiences and expertise and constructive criticism which further improved the
quality of my work;
Rev. Dr. Lam Cin Thang, Senior Pastor of Yangon Siyin Baptist Church and
the Principal of All Nations Theological Seminary for his prayer and moral support
from very beginning until my dream seemed beyond reach;
Mr. Thawng Khan Lian, Dean of All Nations Theological Seminary, his
service to get the needed police clearance at Nyi Pyi Daw meaning the Royale City,
the new Capital of Myanmar for my visa; Mr. Reynaldo N. Tecechian, Office in
Charge of Southern Baptist School of Theology, Makati, Manila for his endorsement
for our family visas.

My immediate family--my wife, Mang Lam Nuam, who stood by me, and
our daughters, Cing Khan Vung, Huai Nuam Khai, Khai Suan Dim, and newly born
Khai Suan Khual who were deprived a bit of their fathers love, care and attention
during my absence for study and writing of the research work;
To my father, Kham Khua Khai, who always pray and encourage me to
overcome challenges, and my siblings Mr. Lun Khan Nang and Mr. Ngo Lamh Cin
for their persistent prayers and moral support during my studies;
My parents-in-law D. Cin Lian Pau (H.A Retired) and wife Vung Kho Huai
for their tender care, persistent prayers, moral, and emotional support for our family
every time we need their presence most;
Dungun Christian Church for their concern and prayer support while our two
daughters were born and hospitalized at Iloilo Mission Hospital; the only Myanmar
people in Iloilo City Feddy Chan and family, Rev. Van Ro Mawi, Khin Thanda Htun,
and Paula Say for their friendship and community spirit; my mother church, Voklaak
Baptist Church for allowing me to remain as their minister even though I was abroad.
Above all my heartfelt gratitude and thanks are due to Almighty God, who is
the Alpha and Omega, without whose divine plans, I would not have finished this
dissertation. TO GOD BE THE GLORY!
