We have heard about how developers use Sprints as an agile tool to get code shipped. How about using a similar concept for innovating on an idea? Ideas are abundant and many times teams struggle to figure out which ideas to pursue. Design Sprints use a design-thinking-like process to understand which ideas are worth moving to the next steps.
