The HT20C15 is a mixed signal CMOS modem designed for field instruments and associated interfaces. This component requires few external passive elements to provide the functions needed to satisfy physical layer requirements. It has built in circuitry for modulation, demodulation, receive filtering, carrier detect, and transmit signal shaping.The HT2015 is ideal for low power field instruments (4 to 20mA) and is also suitable for computer interfaces for data acquisition and control. It uses phase continuous frequency shift keying (FSK) at 1200 bits per second as specified in protocol. It work in half duplex mode to save power.

1.1 HT20C15-LQ

The HT2012 is a CMOS modem designed for field instruments and associated interfaces. This component has a very low power consumption but requires some external active and passive elements to provide the functions needed to satisfy physical layer requirements including modulation, demodulation, receive filtering, carrier detect, and transmit signal shaping.The HT2012 is ideal for low power field instruments (4 to 20mA) and is also suitable for computer interfaces for data acquisition and control. 2 Softwares / Interface

The Computer Modem HI232 is a complete communication path for a network. It will enable personal computers to read and or configure data within devices. The computer RS-232 connector provides operating energy for the modem, eliminating the need for extra power supply, while the loop connector is electrically isolated from the computer terminals. These are key features for process control network. The HI232 is able to work with most configuration software in the market, being a reliable and cost effective option.

2.1 HI232

The computer USB connector provides operating energy for the modem, eliminating the need for extra power supply, while the loop connector is electrically isolated from the computer terminals. The computer Bluetooth antenna provides a wireless connection for the modem, eliminating the need for hard to access field instruments, the loop connector is electrically isolated from the computer terminals. These are key features for process control network. The HIBLUE is able to work with most configuration software in the market, being a reliable and cost effective option.

2.3 HIBLUE

The HPCOM is a reliable hand held configurator for field devices. Its small size, light weight robust and ergonomic design is easy to carry in your own pocket or tool box. Its proven reliability can simplify configuration or data analysis in the field. The HPCOM has communication compatibility with all field instruments and currently have available software drivers for over 350 existing instruments. More device drivers can be arranged upon DDL/EDDL source files, or custom specification.The HPCOM is mainly used at process control plants for commissioning, diagnosis, data monitoring and configuration changes of instruments. The HTCOM is a full HART configuration package hosted in a Tablet computer. Designed to run on Windows OS, it is easy to operate and will require no training or complex installation. Its proven reliability will simplify instrument management either in the field or within the convenience of your office. The HTCOM has communication capability with all field instruments and currently has available software drivers for over 350 existing instruments. Further device drivers can be arranged upon DDL/EDDL source files, or customer specification.The HTCOM can be used at process control plants for commissioning, diagnosis, data monitoring and configuration changes of instruments. It will connect to a network via USB port or wireless Bluetooth interface. This software is easy to operate and turns a standard Windows based Tablet into a powerful field communication tool.

3 Temperature

The 20 201 offers a reliable solution to any temperature measurement application. With the HART protocol the 20 201 is easily configurable via a PC or handheld configuration tool. The 20 201 can be mounted easily on a DIN rail. High precision electronics and advanced thermal compensation processing give excellent accuracy when reading from any of the industry standard RTD and Thermocouple sensors. In addition, the 20 201 can read any voltage source ranging from 1mV to 1V, and also possesses a software controllable current source enabling the device to read resistance values from any generic transducer.

The 20 101 offers a reliable solution to any temperature measurement application. With the HART protocol the 20 101 is easily configurable via a PC or handheld configuration tool. The 20 101 is provided in a standard head mount configuration suitable for installation in a wide variety of connection heads and housings. 4 Pressure

The 11101 is a 4 - 20mA loop powered pressure transmitter capable of measuring gauge pressure for a variety of applications including liquids, gases and vapors. The 11 101s compact size, simplistic installation and economical cost make it an ideal choice for most pressure applications with measurement ranges up to 35 MPa. The 11101 can be mounted in any orientation and uses a 1/2” NPT or M20 x 1.5 process connection.

5 Level

The 30101 is an intelligent level transmitter designed to detect liquid or solid level in vessels. The 30101 sends and receives radio frequency pulses through the probe using guided wave radar (GWR) techniques for the purpose of level detection. These pulses travel down the probe until the product surface is reached and then reflected and received back at the device. Using Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) principles, the 30101 is able to effectively calculate the level of the measured product from these received pulses. The 30101 level information can be output as a user configurable 4-20mA signal or monitored remotely via HART the protocol.

6 Accessories

The Fieldbus repeater RP302 is mainly designed to extend the network length for industrial network, can be used on either Foundation Fieldbus or Profibus PA networks. Its unique ASIC based signal analyzer is geared to manage Fieldbus traffic between 2 bi-directional ports for Network 0 and 1. The galvanic isolation isolation will allow communication with different electrical environments or areas with different grounding circuits. Examples being networks leading to other buildings or inside areas restricted by EMI emission.The RP302 is adequate for expanding a segment beyond the limit of 1900m, and also to add new instruments into a pre-existing Fieldbus segment without any changes into the original conditions of the network.
