cans. Yard debris (landfill bound) will be accepted in the large paper leaf bags.
Meridian residents have the opportunity to safely recycle or dispose of hazardous household items at the Republic Services Transfer Station on Franklin Road. So, please hold-on to these items during the Spring Clean-Up and take them to the transfer station any Monday (with the exception of Federal Holidays) from noon-7 pm.
This is a great opportunity for you to spruce up your
house, garage and yard. The entire City benefits when neighborhoods are clean. We appreciate your help and look forward to a successful spring clean-up.
Republic Services is revving-up to bring you Meridian’s 3rd annual spring clean-up. Rally your troops, grab your gloves and pump-up your dolly tires because this is the one week each year (first full week of May) that you can wheel your bulky waste, furniture, mattresses, yard debris, wood waste and non-Freon appliances to the curb and dispose of them—for free! All items should be out by 7 am on your regular service day.
