THE MEMORIAL SERVICE FOR LYNNE AGEE is Friday, November 1, at Bass Funeral Home in Gordonsville, TN. Visitation is 1 p.m., and the service begins at 3 p.m. Tommy Hale will drive the church bus for those who wish to attend. Departure time is 12:30 p.m. Please call the church office by Sunday, October 27th, if you would like to go.
PASTOR DALE’S CONTINUING EDUCATION TRIP begins today. He will return Thursday, October 31st. Please pray he travels safely.
NEWSLETTER DEADLINE is noon, Monday, October 21st, for all typed, written, or emailed articles.
KIDSPRING, for children 3 yrs. to 5th grade, meets at 4:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall Wed., Oct. 23rd.
THE HOME PRAYER GROUP will not meet Oct. 24th or Oct. 31st but will resume weekly meetings at the Parsonage on Thursday, November 7th. FINANCE TEAM meets in the Fellowship Hall at 6 o’clock, Friday evening, October 25th. All team members are urged to attend. FELLOWSHIP HALL is closed Saturday, October 26th, for a private event.
CHURCH COUNCIL meets at 4 p.m., Sunday, October 27th, in the Fellowship Hall. All council members should attend. FAMILY LIFE CENTER IS CLOSED Mon., Oct. 28th — Thurs., October 31st, in preparation for the Fall Festival.
FALL FESTIVAL VOLUNTEERS are needed to help with games, prizes, donations of candy, cupcakes, hot dogs and buns, and trunks for Trunk 'N Treat! There is a candy donation box in the side hallway, and signup sheets are on the big bulletin board at the side entrance. Please turn in hot dogs and buns from 6 - 7 p.m., Tues., Oct. 29th, in the Family Life Center kitchen so we may have a count. You may drop off cupcakes on Tues., Oct. 29 th or Wed., Oct. 30th in the Family Life Center. Come dressed up or not, but come to have fun and help us reach out to the community on Thursday, October 31st, 5:30 - 8:00 p.m. in the Family Life Center!
