If you have any information about this event, please contact the Board. This is a reminder to secure vehicles in our garages. The pedestrian gates now close without an extra push! If the gates are not closing on their own, please email the HOA. Two new dog waste stations will be installed on the property soon! Without exception, all residents need to pick up after their pets, or fines will be enforced, effective immediately. Pets also must be leashed and attended on property. Please be considerate of your neighbors and our community as a whole. Refer to your homeowner bylaws and declarations as well as the distributed rules and responsibility for specifics on common community issues. If you have a renter, this information must be communicated to them.
