Building confident girls & women is the heart of what we do!By joining Thirty-One, you’ve joined a family of Consultants, Hostesses, Customers and Home Office staff who lead with their heart through our charitable program Thirty-One Gives.

When we learned that a girl’s self-esteem peaks at age 9,* we knew we had to do something about this confidence crisis. Through Thirty-One Gives, we are working together to empower girls, women and families with the support and self-esteem needed to lead purposeful, thriving lives.

We believe that strong, confident girls will grow up to become strong, compassionate women, who will be the driving force behind strong, healthy families and communities.

Since 2012, our Thirty-One family has raised over $2 million at parties, through Gives Round Up! and the Thirty-One Gives U R U Collection, to support our mission to serve girls, women and familes.

As a new Consultant, you are part of that mission, too.

In your Enrollment Kit, you’ll find a Gives table topper that can help you start the conversation at parties. Share this with your Customers and Hostesses to show them how they can make an impact on the confidence crisis through Gives Round Up! and shopping the U R U Collection.

We are a family of individuals who share a passion for empowering women, and who are committed to celebrate, encourage and reward others for who they are. The name Thirty-One Gifts comes from Proverbs 31, which describes the attributes and the importance of a “Virtuous Woman.”

Our mission is to help women by giving them the opportunity to own their own business, providing them with all the tools and support necessary to find success and possibly build a new career!

With support from my husband Scott and our two kids, I started Thirty-One in my basement in 2003. From those humble beginnings we’ve grown into one of the most successful direct-selling companies in the world, with independent Sales Consultants across the U.S. and Canada – many of whom are reaching their dreams through this opportunity!

We believe in the power of relationships, and while the modern world says relationships can thrive from a distance, we know better. We’re passionate about

bringing women together and creating opportunities for them to shop face to face while building new friendships.

As a Thirty-One Consultant, you will hold fun, casual parties to share our functional and fashionable totes, handbags, home organizing products, accessories and more – many of which can be personalized.

To pay back the many blessings we have received, we’re also passionate about helping others. Our charitable program, Thirty-One Gives, is dedicated to serving and supporting girls, women and families, giving them the confidence and self-esteem needed to live a life full of purpose and joy.
