PRWT Takes On New ClientIn January 2005, PRWT added as a new client, TheCompass Group North America (Compass).Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, one ofCompass’s services includes providing access tonational and international brands, such as Wendy’s,Krispy Kreme, Sbarro, Chick-fil-A, and Pizza Hut.Whatever the setting - workplace, education, healthcare, airport, railroad station, turnpike or a sportingevent –Compass Group provides clients with a banquetof innovation, selection and quality.
Compass serves such prestigious clients as Microsoft,Caterpillar, IBM, United Technologies Corp., SAP,University of Arkansas, Louisiana State University, andthe University of Houston. In addition, Compass providescatering to special events such as the US Open, theWachovia Open Golf Tournament, Ryder Cup and theAcademy Awards. Compass Group was the officialcatering services supplier for the 2002 Olympic andParalympic Winter Games in Salt Lake City and the2004 Olympic Games in Athens, Greece.
When Compass opens a location they have specialtechnology needs. When Kirby Smith, Chief Information
Officer, described some of PRWT’s current technicalcapabilities such as the operational integrated solutionsin the areas of office automation systems, systemsoftware development/administration, automated dataconversion/collection, and business processimprovements, Compass decided it was a perfect fit.
PRWT has been engaged to assist, Compass with theinitial site survey and future technical and facility supportfor its operations located within the PhiladelphiaInternational Airport; the first being the installation ofservers and computers at the new Chick-fil-A restaurant. This work involves assessing the facility andinfrastructure present at Compass Philadelphia Airportlocations, assisting in the ordering of equipment,installing the equipment, and then providing help-deskand maintenance support. In addition, U.S. FacilitiesInc. (USF), a PRWT subsidiary company, will providelocal management and union professionals to install orrelocate electrical, telecom, and network wiring asneeded.
PRWT is excited about this initial opportunity to provideservices and looks forward to an ongoing relationshipwith the Compass Group.
Louisiana Customer Service Center CommencesCall Center Operations
On February 9, 2005, 30 agents employed by PRWT Services, Inc. answeredcalls for the first time at the Louisiana Customer Service Center. The calls arefrom custodial and non-custodial parents inquiring about the status of their childsupport payments. “A lot of the clients are calling to tell us they really like thepeople they are speaking with when they call the toll free number and the factthat they get to speak with a person,” stated Sharon Duet from the State ofLouisiana Department of Children and Family Services. The Louisiana CallCenter offers a full range of services to the State of Louisiana, including callcenter services, on-line correspondence, email, and fax request processing. Theimplementation team was made up from representatives from the state ofLouisiana, ACS, and PRWT. The team worked hard to ensure that the centermet all deadline requirements and went live in February.

A Fond FarewellProclamations presented, accolades announced, and laughter lingered,as the PRWT staff and associates delivered well wishes and bid a fondfarewell to a long-time family member. On Monday, December 13,2004 over 100 people gathered at Bluezette Restaurant located in OldCity Philadelphia to honor Melonease Shaw for her years of dedicationand commitment to PRWT Services, Inc.
Ms. Shaw joined with Willie Johnson, Ray Saulino and William Turnerin 1989 when PRWT Services, Inc. acquired Developmental PlanningAssociates (DPA). “Ms. Shaw’s data entry company was a keycomponent that expanded PRWT’s service capabilities”, stated WillieJohnson, Chairman and CEO of PRWT Services, Inc. “Meloneasealways had genuine concern for the staff. This was known and felt byeach and every person who worked for us. Because of this, the staffwas committed and worked hard. They cared about PRWT becauseMelonease made sure that PRWT cared about them. She will bemissed, but will always remain a part of the family,” continued Johnson. Philadelphia City Councilwoman Blondell Reynolds Brown, wrote aproclamation citing Melonease Shaw as a spirited, business womanand a treasured gem. Roberta Alford, Regional Vice President, spokeon behalf of the Senior Staff and quoted from Maya Angelou, “Whenpeople show you who they are, believe them and Melonease we believeyou.” Newly hired President and Chief Operating Officer, Skip Lee,thanked Ms. Shaw for building a wonderful staff throughout the company.
Ms. Shaw has started her own business venture, Maven, Incorporatedthat offers creative business solutions. In addition, Ms. Shaw willcontinue as a consultant to PRWT and assist with business development. We wish Melonease Shaw lots of luck with her new company and rolewith PRWT.

The year 2005 has gotten off to a great startas we continue to focus on growing ourbusiness and maximizing operatingperformance. As noted in this newsletter,PRWT has expanded services with existingand new clients in Louisiana, Ohio andPhiladelphia. In addition our CY ’04accomplishments and performance will helpto serve as a foundation to gain access tomore opportunities within our currentbusiness base and beyond.
It also occurred to me that you may only beaware of a small portion of the criticalservices that PRWT performs on a dailybasis. I hope this newsletter helps youbecome more familiar with the depth andbreadth of services that we offer and thatour CY ’04 performance statistics (includingover $1 billion in payments processed) helpsto provide you with the “big” picture.

ABC On The MovePRWT successfully completed the implementation of Activity BasedCompensation (ABC) in January 2005 at seven locations throughoutthe company. As a result, over 300 PRWT employees are nowparticipating in the ABC program, which is projected to deliver over$500,000 in savings to Family & Community Services (FCS) duringCY ’05.
Payment Processor, Tijuana Augustus, in the Baton Rouge CCU says,“I really like ABC because it rewards me in my paycheck for my highlevel of production and quality. Everyone has the opportunity to dowell if you just concentrate and be like Nike and – just do it!” Thecompany is extremely excited as we introduce ABC in the other areasof our business and look forward to continued implementations withthe ACS Municipal and Toll Services lines of business.
PRWT will be the first departments to transition to ABC in Municipaland Toll Services and our partners will look to benefit from ourexperiences. We look forward to providing the same type of supportto our partners that they provided to us during our transition in FCS.

PRWT has completed the first quarter of 2005and we continue to make performance ournumber one priority. It is evident that theCompany’s performance last year has provento be the foundation that will help us grow.We have already successfully implementedthree new projects – Ohio Scanroom, LouisianaCustomer Service Center, and CompassTechnical Services – all of which are featuredarticles in this newsletter. Each was the resultof your performance and hard work in 2004.
Knowing that performance certainly impactsgrowth, so do the relationships we have withour clients, partners, subcontractors and evenformer PRWT employees. Our ACS Louisianaclient relationship gave us a chance to establisha partnership from the beginning, which resultedin a flawless implementation. Clearly, strongrelationships and solid performance are a greatcombination that will impact our growth.
This newsletter also highlights the 2004Company Statistics. Please take the time toreview the performance statistics across all ofour service offerings. You have made asignificant contribution to enhancing ourqualifications and strengthening our servicebase. We will use these statistics in Companypresentations, proposals, oral presentations,and any time we tell the PRWT story. Thestatistics support our claim that we providehigh volume, high performance BusinessProcessing Outsourcing (BPO) solutions.

In December 2002, PRWT Services opened the OhioSDU with 30 clerks opening child support payments forthe state of Ohio in partnership with ACS. The projectoperates seven days a week and processed severalmillion dollars in payments during 2004. On a dailybasis, the project processes close to 100,000 piecesof mail between the hours of midnight and 10:00 a.m. “The staff works hard day in and day out to ensure thatchild support checks are processed quickly and correctly,”stated Project Manager, Orlando Parker.
PRWT’s hard work and quality production has lead toadditional contract responsibilities. John Polk, VicePresident for ACS and Evelyn Sample-Oates, VicePresident for PRWT discussed the potential for PRWTto expand from the mailroom to acquiring responsibilityof the scan room. Newly hired Project Manager, OrlandoParker recently worked with ACS as the scan roomSupervisor. Sample-Oates and Parker thought it wasa good fit. “Orlando brought the skill set needed to runboth departments and it made sense since the mailroomand the scan room work hand-in-hand,” stated Sample-Oates.

ABC (Activity Based Compensation). Ohio was the firstPRWT project to implement ABC in August. TheEmployees performance was outstanding and ABCimplementation proved to be a cost saver to both ACSand PRWT. As a result, Polk requested a proposalfrom PRWT to assume the responsibility of Pass 1 inOhio. Francis Tuck, PRWT’s Director of Training, worked out of a temporary residence in Baton Rouge during a three-month implementation to recruit, hire and train the staff. Tuck worked closely with Jo Pamphile and TrinaRichardson from ACS and State to develop training manuals, operational procedures and quality manuals forthe project. “I am confident that the ACS/PRWT reps will provide first class service to the parents of Louisiana.”stated Tuck. Tuck attributed the smooth start up to all of the time, preparation and training that took place beforethe go live date. “On the first day alone we took three times the normal days calls and everyone worked togetherand relied on their training to make this a smooth transition,” stated Charlie Bonfanti, ACS Technical ImplementationManager.
Tuck also worked closely with longtime PRWT Manager, Sherrika Grimes. Grimes manages close to 25 employeesin the Louisiana Centralized Collections Unit. The staff is responsible for payment processing, mailroom operations,payment reconciliation, research and scanning. Grimes will also manage the call center, which is located in thesame building.
Collaboration between Louisiana State and City Agencies fuels success.PRWT would like to say “Thank You” for the support and assistance the Louisiana State and City agenciesprovided, specifically the Louisiana Department of Labor - Baton Rouge Career and Job Center, to our effortsto implement the Louisiana Child Support Customer Service Center in Baton Rouge and provide employmentfor approximately 30 people in the immediate Baton Rouge area. From the start, several state agencies reachedout and provided tangible and much appreciated assistance for our Job Fair, training spaces and resources,access to training funds, and facilities usage.
New Hampshire to join the NJ E-ZPass customer service centers
ACS is pleased with this change because it permitsclean separation between 3rd shift and 1st shift duties,reduces overlapping supervision and reinforces theimportance of accurate mail sort to successful scanning. We are very pleased with the results,” stated Polk.
The New Hampshire (NH) Department of Transportationhas awarded ACS a $16.6 million contract to operatethe New Hampshire E-ZPass customer service center. The base contract is for three years, and includesthree, three-year options, which could extend thecontract to a total of 12 years.
The NH Turnpike System consists of 631 total lanemiles and has 10 plazas (5 mainline and 5 ramp) thatwill be retrofitted for E-ZPass operability in 2005.
ACS’s process approach, which helped to win thecontract, was to utilize the current infrastructure of theNew Jersey E-ZPass operation, located in Newark, NJ,to manage New Hampshire’s customer service center. On target to start in mid April, the Newark CustomerService Center will handle telephone customer service,walk-in customer service (in NH), mailroom operations,payment processing, tag distribution and violationenforcement for NH.
PRWT Services, Inc. will be responsible for mailroomoperations, payment processing and image reviewfunctions for NH. With the addition on NH, PRWTprovides services to the Delaware River Port Authority,Delaware River Bay Authority, Delaware River JointBridge Commission, Garden State Parkway, AtlanticCity Expressway and the New Jersey Turnpike Authorityfrom the Newark facility.
Fran O’Connor, Vice President of ACS TransportationSystem and Services, said, “We are excited to haveNew Hampshire as one of our valued customers. TheACS/PRWT team has proven to be very successful inproviding service center operations. It is with thissuccess that I am confident in our ability to provideNew Hampshire with best in class service.”

Ohio continuedParker worked diligently to prepare a document topresent to ACS for their approval.
PRWT began to supervise the Pass 1 function onDecember 18, 2004, and assumed complete control ofthe operation on January 8, 2005. Pass 1 is the scanningof child support checks and documents. This was aperfect progression from the current mailroom operation. Somewhat like an assembly line, mail is opened,batched and then scanned. Five ACS employees werewelcomed into the PRWT family and the transitionproves to be a cost savings operation each month withstaff being cross-trained in both departments. To datethe staff has scanned close to 1,800,000. documents.

Production Impacts Growth… has been a mantra for PRWT over the last six months and the proof is in thenumbers. In 2004 PRWT call centers received over 3.3 million calls ranging from how to get an E-Zpasstransponder, when to expect a child support payment, inquiries on parking or toll violation payments to when a customer might receive their E-ZPass statement in the mail.
Throughout the country, PRWT Services, opened over 31 million envelopes making sure that families receivedmuch needed child support payments, and customers received an immediate response as it pertains toparking tickets or other violations.
PRWT also deposited over $1.1 Billion in payments for our clients for child support payments, parking violations,toll collection, and walk-in payment centers in 2004. As we live and operate in this technologically drivensociety, it’s no surprise that PRWT scanned close over 8 million documents and served close to 700,000customers through modern technology.

PRWT expands its’ services to DRPA’s “CruisePhilly” at Pier 1The Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA), and thePort of Philadelphia and Camden (PPC), operate andmanage the Philadelphia Cruise Terminal at Pier 1under the branding name of “CruisePhilly”. In 2004,cruise activity was expected to generate $16 million inbusiness revenue and $4.5 million in employmentincome. The Terminal was created to establishPhiladelphia as an active cruise port by securing morehome ported vessels and more ports of call, whichwould spur economic development with increased jobs,tourism and related spending on hotel stays, sightseeingand shopping.
DRPA, a PRWT client since 1998, owns and operatesthe Benjamin Franklin, Walt Whitman, CommodoreBarry and Betsy Ross bridges, the PATCO Speedlineand the AmeriPort Intermodal Rail Center and theRiverLink Ferry System. By virtue of a 1992 federallyauthorized charter amendment, DRPA has taken aleadership role in the commercial and industrialrevitalization of the Philadelphia- Camden Waterfront
and in economic development projects within the PortDistrict of Southeastern Pennsylvania and SouthernNew Jersey.
In October of 2004, DRPA chose to expand PRWT’sscope of services at CrusiePhilly to include GreetingHost services, Parking Lot Attendants, Traffic Controllers/Directors and Cashiering services as a result of PRWT’soutstanding Toll Collection service performance duringthese past six years. The project will go live in April of2005.
In 1998, PRWT started providing DRPA with weekendand holiday Toll Collection services with Sean Persaudas the Vice President of Operations and Dave Thomasas the Project Manager. PRWT is excited about thisopportunity and hopes to continue providing exceptionalservice to DRPA. Congratulations to the managementteam for their stellar performance on this contract.

Los Angeles County- #1 in Child Support CollectionsIn November 2004, Los Angeles County won an awardfrom the state for the most improved of large countiesin California in child support payment collections, andthe lowest increase in new cases opened. The PRWTCommerce staff has worked in partnership with ACSfor the County of Los Angeles, since 1991 and collected close to 4 million dollars in 2004. The Countyrecognized these accomplishments and specificallyexpressed appreciation for the efforts of PRWT's lockboxand employer research staff. Phillip L. Browning,Director of Child Support Services Department praisedthe staff for their relentless efforts, and “dedication tothe project”. In an email to the ACS, Mr. Browningthanked the PRWT lockbox employees for workingholidays and weekends to ensure that all paymentswere posted to end 2004 with an increase over 2003. ACS Project Director, Maureen Janulewicz, wrote inan e-mail message to the staff, “Kudos from CSSD onpayments processed and effort for Lockbox crew.”
Geri Jackson, Project Manager, and Frank Lopez, whoserved as the interim Project Manager, both started asPRWT employees over 13 years ago when the FAScontract was first implemented. “We have put togethera great team that has worked together to achieveefficiencies and maintain excellent work quality while
processing child support payments for L.A. County,”stated Jackson. To show appreciation for all the hardwork, the PRWT staff was given the “Star Performer”team award, at the project’s annual awards banquet inDecember. This award typically given to an individual,was presented to the entire team for their hard work,positive attitude and outstanding performance. Avi DeTurenne, the current Operations Manager for ACSstated, " Working together we've overcome manychallenges to provide an ever improving service to theCounty." He further said, " I can always count on thestaff to pull through and give that extra push when weneed it." Congratulations to PRWT and ACS staff for ajob well done.
Over 100 hundred people attended the New York E-ZPass annual Holiday Party on December 18, 2004.The evening was a spectacular, memorable andsuccessful event. As the deejay played hip- hop, reggae,R&B, rock and roll, the staff, “partied like it was 1999!”The hall was beautifully decorated and the food wasfabulous. Project Manager Travis Holman stated, “Atthis year’s party we wanted to create a special holidayof memories for the staff, while honoring theircommitment and dedication to PRWT and the project.” Contributing to the special holiday memory was theemployee raffle. Prizes included a dinner to Red Lobsterand tickets to the Broadway play “Moving Out”.
With minimal preparation and short notice, severalclerks were able to assemble a choir that performedholiday songs accompanied by a drummer at the event.Elaine Coombs, Marvin Yates, Grace Forte, GangaPerera, Velma Cox, Victorine Forster, Teah Jackson,Marlene Ramdass, Melissa Dudley, JoycelynRamachran, Doris Elnaggar, Yolande Ariyaratne, KorahRoy, Agatha Rodrigo, Nfannie Kazouch, ChristineSpagnola, Dorcas Oyewole, and Laura Yancy all lent

their voices to the holiday chorale. The NY E-ZPassoperation, along with the establishment and successof the choir, is a direct reflection of PRWT Chairman,Willie F. Johnson’s vision of what can be accomplishedwith People Really Working Together.
Skip Lee, PRWT President and COO was also inattendance for the festivities. When addressing thestaff, Lee offered congratulations to the entire staff andgave an historical overview of the evolution of the StatenIsland E-ZPASS operation, which has grown from a 1.2million dollar contract to a 3.8 million dollar contractsince the project’s inception in 1995. Additionally, thestaff is responsible for imaging and scanning, paymentprocessing, and tag distribution and inventory.
Also joining the celebration were Vice President SeanPersaud, New Jersey E-ZPass Project Manager FrankColes and NY E-ZPass ACS Assistant OperationsManagers William Hanks and Karie Sasso.

US Facilities Receives Contract ExtensionUS Facilities, a subsidiary of PRWT Services, Inc.has been a facilities management provider since 1967. The company established a record of success basedon quality work performance, responsiveness, andbusiness ethics.
On April 1, 2002, the company signed a contract withCurran Fromhold Correctional facility in Philadelphia,PA. The initial contract began April 1, 2001 to provideall facilities operations, maintenance, and repair andsupport services for the 760,000 square foot maximum-security prison. In addition, US Facilities is responsiblefor the maintenance and repair of all prison securitysystems and the state-of-the-art cook-chill kitchencomplex.
Over the years, US Facilities has received outstandingcommendations from the client. Because of this,when the contract ended on March 31,2005 anextension was granted to maintain the services of
company until March 31, 2006. President and ChiefExecutive Officer, James Dobrowolski says this isgreat news for the company. “This extension provesthat we are doing an outstanding job on this contract. It always feels good to know that the client is pleasedand satisfied with your work,” stated Dobrowolski.
