Formed in 2008, Susta inable PlanetProductions LLC (SPP) has been operating as af u l l - t i m e e n t e r t a i n m e n t , t o u r a n dtransportation production company. SPP hasproduced over 200 events and festivals aroundthe country. SPP has invested into mobile

production equipment, owning enoughinfrastructure to set up off-the-grid festivals forover 1,000 people. Additionally, our vehicleshave been specifically designed to efficientlytransport our equipment and our productionstaff in our sleeper coach buses. When not

touring or producing events, SPP has created asuccessful market for renting out tour busesand festival infrastructure to clients around thecountry, monetizing every aspect of the business.

Lot and Storage Facility

Sustainable Planet Productions LLC

SPP has (9) months remaining on a lease for a

6,000 sq ft lot in Oakland. SPP also has a longterm lease on (9) 20’ shipping containers ($50/month). The lot is large enough to store all SPP vehicles and infrastructure, fabricate and buildstructures, and rent out space to others. Byrenting shipping containers for storage and lot

space for vehicles to individuals in ourcommunity, SPP is able to cover the entire costof the lot ($1,500/month) and the rentals of allthe shipping containers. This equates to ‘free’storage off all SPP equipment and space to work.

This bus was originally conceived and developed byJulia Butterfly Hill and her grass roots organization:Circle of Life . Julia undertook this project in order toreduce her impact on the environment from flying toall of her speaking engagements that took her acrossthe country. A touring bus such as this reduced her

carbon footprint significantly. In addition to running on bio-diesei, Julia also included the greenest materialsfor the bus’ interior in order to serve as a model forfuture conscious touring. In 2007, Sustainable LivingRoadshow (SLR) purchased the bus, naming it 'Julia' inhonor of her creator. SLR toured for nearly five yearson this bus, crossing the country more than 5 times

and producing yearly regional tours.

In addition, bands and speakers such as Bass Nectar, Beats Antiqueand Bill McKibben (350.org) rented the bus for theirown tours. 'Julia' has been impeccably maintained bySLR, using the skillful services of Lyle Kent, owner andlead mechanic of Green Tortoise.

'Julia' is the definition of touring in eco-style.

This price includes the businesslicense, the lease on the lot in Oakland and the (10)shipping containers, all established accountingsystems, a business plan with projected P&L’s, allinfrastructure included in this package and 40hours of consulting time from the managers ofSLR.

We are willing to create a payment plan, and weare open to creative trades/negotiations to offsetthe price. We are willing to reduce the price forcash payments.
