Spotlight by Starlight Summer Entertainment Series FAIRFAX COUNTY PARK AUTHORITY For more than 25 years, Mason District Park has welcomed audiences for the free summer Spotlight by Starlight concerts. The series now includes international-themed concerts on Saturday evenings at Ossian Hall Park in Annandale. The two venues offer music, children programs, dance, and variety from around the world, and close to home. I am very proud of both series, and hope you will visit again and again, all summer long.
