GREG ESKEDJIAN, MSC. CSCS DIRECTOR OF HOCKEY TRAINING & SPORTS NUTRITION Greg is a former professional hockey player, who also has an extensive educational background in sports performance and nutrition. His hockey career led him to an NCAA scholarship at Norwich University, where he graduated with an Honours BSc. in Sports Medicine. He furthered his nutritional education by achieving his Masters through the University of Guelph in Nutritional Sciences, with a specific focus on Nutrition and Sports Performance. His research examined the effects of hydration on performance in elite level hockey players, which included working with the Gatorade Sports Science Institute and high level athletes from the Toronto Maple Leafs and Canadian World Junior Hockey Team. Greg is continuing to expand his sports nutrition knowledge by currently completing a Diploma of Sports Nutrition through the International Olympic Committee. Greg has nutritional counselling experience working with a wide range of athletes, from elite hockey players, to provincial snowboarders, to national level wrestlers.
