Every old track or game court, specifi-cally dynamic surfaces such as redgrassor shale, must be renewed when theyhave eventually reached a certain life-span. Such renovations typically requirea considerable budget along with a lossof revenue for cancelled training sessions

and competition. The perfect solutionin such a situation is the Fastrack systemfrom BSW. New synthetic tracks andcourts are built within a short period oftime – at price ranges that no otherconcept can compete with. Fastrack canbe installed directly on top of a dynamic

base such as an existing shale track.The necessity for removal and recon-struction of an engineered base is elimi-nated. Owners and operators of sportsfacilities realise that a BSW renovationcan be carried out extremely fast, withexceptional cost savings.

Installation

The Fastrack system from BSW is quicklyinstalled, using a very cost effectivemethod. The finished surface meetshighest demands. The base mat is aspecially formulated grade of Regupol,

the famous brand successfullymanufactured from rubber andpolyurethane by BSW for decades. Thebase mat is prefabricated under verycontrolled circumstances in our factory

to guarantee a consistent quality anduniform physical properties. The toplayer consists of a stabilizing mesh ontop of which the PUR/EPDM compoundis applied ”wet-in-wet”.

1.The existing surface is levelled, compacted and the slopeis re-adjusted. If required, the drainage system is repairedor renewed.

2. The Regupol® base mat is loose laid on to the dynamicbase.

3. The stabilizing mesh is applied on top of the Regupol®base mat and fixed with PUR seal coating.

4.On top of the stabilizing mesh the self-levelling polyurethanecoating is applied. Into the freshly poured polyurethanecompound special EPDM granules are broadcast to achievea granulated texture subject to the specifications.Alternatively, a structural spray-coating can be applied ontop of the mesh.

5. The next day the lines can be put on to the finished surface.

The surfacing options

Regupol Fastrack AGThe track surface for every level of training andcompetition. The wearing layer consists of ahigh quality, solid polyurethane coating withEPDM granules broadcast into the freshly appliedcompound. The prefabricated base mat is sup-plied in rolls, factory made, and is unrolled andlaid according to the site layout. This conceptguarantees consistency in density, thicknessand other physical characteristics. An outstandingslip-resistance and colour stability as well as anexcellent level of shock absorbency for fieldevents are the features of Fastrack AG.

Regupol Fastrack PDThe wearing layer consists of a structural spray-coating, a polyurethane compound into whichspecial EPDM granules are premixed. Theprefabricated base mat guarantees uniformityand consistent properties. Fastrack PD is thesolution for lower budgets but still offers theunique characteristics of the Regupol conceptwith an excellent rating on all relevant require-ments.
