The After School Activities 2018-201 2nd

semester programme:

MONDAY AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES

WILL BEGIN ON FEBRUARY 4th

THURSDAY AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES

WILL BEGIN ON FEBRUARY 7th

Registration Procedure:

1. Activities take place on Mondays and

Thursdays after school from 15H45 to 17H15.

2. In order to register for activities please fill

out the application form on last page. Some

activities will take place only if there is a

minimum amount of students who have

registered. Activities are limited to a

maximum number based on the first that

sign up ; please be aware that football fills up

immediately! Please note it is your

responsibility if you decide that your child

from Grade 1 or 2 can play Football with

students from Grades 3 to 5

3.Only applications forms together with the

payment will be considered as valid. Payment

maybe made by cheque to ISN ACTIVITIES. If

exceptionally you wish to pay by cash, please

bring the correct amount.

Registration for 2nd semester:

A place is NOT automatically held in 2nd

semester activities for those children already

participating in 1st semester activities.

New registration is required for 2nd semester.

Holidays:

No After School Activities are held on school

holidays or days when school is not session.

Clothes/Equipment:

Please provide sports clothing for outdoor sports

activities. Football shoes for football.

Daily Procedure:

Activities take place on Mondays and Thursdays

at 15H45. Children will remain in their

classrooms and the activity instructors will come

and get them and take them to their activity.

Activities finish at 17H15, there are 2 late buses

leaving at 17H30 for children who have a bus

contract. (See late bus schedule)

Parents collecting their children, please be there

on time. Children whose parents are regularly

late will be withdrawn from the activities without

any refund .

Children may also be withdrawn from an

activity if constant misbehaviour is outlined

by activity instructors without any refund.

Refund Policy: Once the school

activity application form is signed

there will be no refund. There is no

refund if the activity one day does

not take place for any unexpected

reason , OR if you decide to stop an

activity during the semester OR if

your child is withdrawn from an

activity for misbehaviour. Outdoor

activities may be cancelled due to

weather conditions and parents will

be informed

Exceptionally Grade 1 and 2 students may join depending on the coach’s decision after their 1st try out

MUNModel United Nations (MUN) is commonly defined as an academic

simulation of the United Nations that aims to educate participants

about current events, topics in international relations, diplomacy,

and the United Nations agenda.

MUN at ISN focuses in developing skills like public speaking, group

communication, research, policy analysis, active listening,

negotiating, conflict resolution, parliamentary procedure, note

taking, writing, and editing.

This season the ISN MUN team will be competing in one regional

conference in the city of Menton organized by Sciences Po during

March 29th, 30th and 31st 2019. The conference has committees

available in English, French, Arabic and Italian dealing with issues

such as the Freedom of the Press, Terrorism, and The Kurdish

question.
