About Us

The Downtown Chandler Community Partnership (DCCP) is a 501(c) 6 nonprofit corporation whose mission is to mobilize leadership and resources to advance the development of downtown Chandler as a regional destination for shopping, dining, living, culture, and the arts. It works on behalf of the Enhanced Municipal Services District (EMSD), created in 2006, to provide enhanced marketing and promotion, safety and beautification of the downtown area beyond what is done by the City of Chandler.

The Downtown Chandler Community Foundation (DCCF) is a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization, which is able to receive tax-deductible gifts. The Foundation can sponsor up to ten events per year with its special event liquor license and the proceeds from these events are the primary source of revenue for the DCCF. The DCCF supports local nonprofit organizations that support the mission and community members of the DCCP.

Location: The District is bordered on the north by Chandler Blvd; the south by Frye Road; the east by Delaware St.; and the west through Dakota, California and Oregon Streets. The EMSD is comprised of more than 100 local businesses, restaurants, shops and the City of Chandler.

The DCCP and the DCCF, in partnership with the property owners, merchants, and the City of Chandler promote several annual events.

Events take place in several locations in the Downtown area, including the historic district, Dr. A.J. Chandler Park (3 S. Arizona Ave., East & West of Arizona Ave), and the Downtown Chandler Stage Park (Library Complex).

Our events are promoted through our DCCP Newsletter, DCCP Merchant Newsletter,Social Media sites, DowntownChandler.org and the

City of Chandler website. We advertise in local publications, including the SanTan Sun

News, Nearby News, Wrangler News, Chandler Chamber Business Relocation Guide, North

American Directory Services (hotels/resorts), and Local First Arizona. Print media, billboards,

radio spots and online news are also part of our marketing coverage. Our events and sponsors

have a broad spectrum of media & printed materials for each individual event, including

local area newspapers, TV, radio coverage and exposure on social media including Facebook,

Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.
