Tent Pegging Competition 2013 in Islamabad Polo Club

 

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I feel honoured to submit that i am keeping all the marketing rights of Tent Pegging Competition 2013.

 Horse & Horseman (Pvt) Ltd in collabration with a group of companies promoting, protecting and preserving Equine Sports in Pakistan in its original form as it is part of our rich cultural heritage and made tremendous progress towards this endeavor.

 In order to revive our cultural heritage in its original form, the event captioned Tent Pegging Competition 2013 will be organized in   Islamabad Polo Club starting from 3rd of Nov 013 to  8thNov 2013.

Almost all the promising teams from all over Pakistan are participating in this prestigious equine sports competition. A mass participation of Elite Class having interest in equestrian, members of Diplomatic Community, Upper Echelon, CEOs of Corporate sector and Government high ups are invited in this colorful event on our Islamabad polo Club on the  bank of  Rawal Lake, minutes from Serena Hotel. We, in view of your patronage towards sports events in the country, request you to please sponsor this competition on following terms and conditions:-  

 Sponsorship Packages:

 

a. Main Sponsorship: Rs. 2. Million net of taxes (To own the competition)

b. Main Sponsorship with Co-Sponsors: Rs. 1. Million net of taxes

c. Co-Sponsorship: Rs. 0.5 Million net of taxes

 

The sponsor to get

i.          City Branding:

City branding on multiple roads has been allowed by CDA for 6 days starting from  

3rd Nov 2013 till 8th Nov 2013.

 

 ii.            Venue – Islamabad Polo Club & Equine Sports Centre:

Venue branding will be allowed for a total of five (6) days starting from 3rd Nov 2013 till 8th Nov 2013.

 

 Following features will apply:

a.       50’ x 6’ banner on main Islamabad Club Road/Murree Road.

b.      10 large streamers (size 24’ x 4’) on the outer façade of Lake View Park.

c.       1 large banner on the entrance of Islamabad Polo Club.

d.      4 standees inside Polo Ground.

e.       40 banners (Size: 10’ x 6’) on both sides of palm trees on main entrance of polo   

      ground.

f.        1 counter for product promotion in the polo ground  .

g .Back drop with sponsor logo at the time of prize distribution.

2.      Fifty (50)   invitation cards   per day  will be given to the sole main sponsor

     (Main account holders)

III.  One complete   Islamabad   Club dinner night  will be reserved as the sole main

      sponsor’s night for their officials and team captions (dinner charges will be borne by   

      the sole main sponsor)

IV.  The CEO of sole sponsor will be the chief guest on the inauguration.

 

  V.   Miscellaneous:

1.    100% of the agreed sponsorship amount will be paid in advance within 3 days of

      signing of the deal.

 2.    Printing costs of all printing materials (Posters, Invitation cards, Trophies

      and Brochures), Branding materials (Streamers, Banners, Billboards, Gantries,

      Bridge panels) & Venue branding materials will be borne by the main and co-

      sponsor.

We look forward for an early response to ensure timely arrangements of the event including the media campaign.
