What does the Hermosa Beach Education Foundation Do?Hermosa Beach Education Foundation (HBEF) Incorporated in 1992 as a 501(c)(3), is a fund-raising organization for Hermosa Beach public schools. Operated 100% by volunteers, our focus is to meet the school district’s educational needs by funding instructional programs in science, technology, foreign language and other subjects. HBEF donates nearly 100% of the funds we raise back to the Hermosa Beach School District to provide all of the enrichment programs and teachers needed to keep Hermosa an award-winning school district.

Sponsor the Hermosa BeachFundraising Event of the Year!In addition to Business Sponsorship, Business Sponsors can receive additional exposure and branding at Hearts of Hermosa. This annual event is attended by over over 600 parents, teachers, school board members, government officials, business and community leaders. The packages include additional tickets and VIP seats at Hearts of Hermosa in addition to exposure on Hearts of Hermosa marketing materials and on event activations the night of the event. Donate Services and Product toHBEFThroughout the year, HBEF hosts numerous events and fundraisers and we need support from our local business community to make them a success. This is a great opportunity to provide new customers with a chance to try your new product or reengage existing customers in new ways. Donations are actively being solicited for food and beverage for all events as well as for auction items at Hearts of Hermosa Auction in March, raffle items for Moms Night Out in January, and gift bags at both events.
