TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• All prices exclude 22% VAT! • Distribution of booths on chronological order of bookings – „first come, first serve

basis“. • We reserve the right to rearrange the floor-plan. • There is no discount or refund for any facilities not used. • Exhibitors are required to wear their name badges during the whole conference. • Cancellations must be done in written notice. Cancellations received before July 1,

2020 will entitle 50% refund of the payment , i.e. after deduction of the processing charges. No refund will be done after July 1, 2020. Reimbursements will be made after the conference.

• For credit card payment we add 2%
