An important reason for the success we realize each year is the strong support of our sponsors. We gratefully acknowledge our sponsor’s role in improving the quality of our program. We appreciate your help in providing the resources for us to improve what we do for the children of Acworth and the surrounding areas. There are a number of ways that you can help. No amount is too small. Our primary sponsorship vehicle is the purchase of Sponsorship packages. There are four levels of sponsorship, each with their respective benefits. In recognition of your support and generosity, we have designed benefits which allow you to realize due recognition from our members. The following chart describes all four levels and the benefits associated with each: Approximately 400 Acworth football players and 100 Acworth cheerleaders play games on our fields throughout the season. e recognition you receive as an Acworth Warrior sponsor on any given Saturday home date will conservatively reach 1500- 2500 people who reside in and around the Acworth area and who are prospective users of your products and service. 2016 Acworth Warrior Football & Cheerleading Sponsor Form
Thank you for your support and donation to the Acworth Youth Football and Cheerleading Association. The proceeds will be used to help support and improve our youth program, and your donation may be tax deductible (please consult with your tax professional). Please complete this form and return it with a check or money order (do not send cash) made out to “AFCA”.
Sponsor donations will be accepted anytime even after September 12th but sponsors $150 and greater will miss the production deadline for Company Name or Logo on Sign located at Halbrooks Field and Engraved Plaque after September 12th, 2016.

Sponsorships $150 and over will be given the opportunity to have logo or company name displayed if logo is provided by September 12th deadline in order to make the production deadline. Requests received after this date will miss the production date. Advertisement instructions: Print Ready (CYMK 300DPI) artwork should be submitted electronically (as EPS, JPEG or Adobe large format) along with the exact spelling of the company name you want on any signage via email to: [email protected]. If your artwork is not 300 DPI it will not print correctly. Please include “warriors sponsorship” in the subject line and the company name in the body of the email.
