Specially designed extrusion screw with new Draw zone consists of five heated godets with

generation homogenisation and mixing sections for separator rolls. The speed and temperature of each godet

optimized melt quality for wide range of PP polymers, can be individually controlled.

Melt spinning pump ensures uniform melt delivery at steady pressure. The electrically heated die head is designed to optimize heat transfer and reduce

energy losses.

The spin-packs assure high-value spun-dyed

yarn production and ease of operation. The filaments

quench zone with variable air flow rate.

The proven cross-flow quenching system

filaments with the help of precision gear pump.
