Method1. Preheat oven to 200C or gas mark 6.

2. Cut potatoes into wedges. Put into a poly bag or bowl.

3. Add oil and other seasonings.

4. Shake/mix.

5. Place on baking tray and bake for 20-30 minutes.

Tips* Use sweet potatoes for a twist.* Vary the seasoning, e.g. garlic, herbs, spices, pesto.* Have plain wedges – great for dipping in ketchup!
