1/2 cup margarine 2 eggs 1 cup applesauce 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degree F. In a large bowl, mix together the
margarine, vanilla and eggs and beat until smooth. Mix in the
contents of the jar. Stir until well blended. Mix in the applesauce.
Line a muffin pan with paper liners. Pour the batter into muffin
cups about 2/3 full. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25
minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out
clean.
