CONSUMERS

In a recent survey, 90 percent of consumers cited taste as a top purchase driver.1 While consumers continue to enjoy the taste of many staple flavors, such as onion and garlic, they are becoming more adventurous and looking for bolder, spicier flavors in their foods.
