Optional feedback and surveys will be offered at every ordering station.

  • Data (cont.)The sales of each product will electronically be tracked separately. The latest pizza ovens and cooking equipment will be used at each restaurant as well as coolers, freezers, and touch screen ordering stations for in-store and drive thru.

  • ProceduresOperating hours are 11:00am 10:00 pm every day of the week. We hope to expand drive thru service to midnight or later.Managers arrive at 9:30am to prepare for daily operations. The first shift works from 11- either 4 or 5 and the second shift works from 4 or 5 10.All company records and operations will be automatically forwarded to the corporate headquarters.
