Speedliner S Lehr Loader with Siemens Control The SPEEDLINER S is designed to future proof hot end ware handling and surpass the ever-increasing demands of the industry. A 3 axis fully servo Lehr Loader utilising Siemens technology and zero backlash positive drives, provides an unrivalled performance operating at cross conveyor speeds of 62 meters per minute and a cycle rate of 27 cycles per minute. Equipped with patent applied for “Ware Handling Advanced” intelligent software the SPEEDLINER S features “Auto Lehr tracking” to eliminate base defects as containers are positioned on the lehr mattress. With superlative motion control and positioning the SPEEDLINER S offers advanced container stability and repeatability in to the Lehr and eliminates any requirement of a ware-steady.
