Our peopleand competencyINCREASING WORKFORCE PERFORMANCE

Spectrol’s competency program covers all phases of a Systems Approach to Training (SAT). This translates into a constant and enhanced analysis, planning and execution of activities driven by the necessity to count on a competent and effective workforce when needed.

Our approach to training is both methodical and iterative with evaluation (review and revision) activities throughout the progression of employment and starts with an on-the-ground assessment of the training needs based on client requirements and industry certifications. We design and build the competency program to achieve the training and performance objectives identified during the analysis phase. We then deploy training tools and technologies such as e-learning, classroom training, on-the-job training and soon to add simulation training as needed.

While this approach requires greater levels of communication, engagement and participation from all stakeholders, it does offer the guarantee of a greater degree of assurance that the training solution is fully aligned with the specific operational requirements and business objectives of the client.
