We were bored with the tradi-tional black and white check-erboard and tacky faux-stone motifs currently available in vinyl flooring. We started with colors and surface texture, when sud-denly it came to us. “What if the tiles could be die-cut into differ-ent shapes with interchangeable colors?” With this simple ques-tion, the patent pending Modu-larity TileTM was born.

Our 1ft2 tiles even make the math easy. Simply measure your space - the area (in feet) is the exact amount of tiles that you need. Use graph paper or visit www.ModularityTiles.com, open our ModulizerTM floor design tool, and pick your colors, shapes, de-signs, and positioning. It is truly amazing how many completely distinct patterns can be made using just these three basic tile designs and varying the colors.Take it from us - the only hard part is choosing the design you like best. Don’t be afraid to com-mit though - Modularity Tiles are easy to change and reconfig-ure as many times as you like!

EASY TO INSTALL

These dry-back vinyl tiles are in-credibly easy to install. We will recommend the appropriate adhesive for your application, which for most residential uses will be our favorite residue-free double-sided industrial tape. Depending on your design, you will either begin laying tiles from a corner or the center of one wall and before you know it you’ll be on the other side of the room. Trimming to fit your space or ac-commodate fixtures couldn’t be easier. Simply measure, score the surface, and snap! Of course, it’s even easier when you leave it to our expert installation team!

EASY TO MAINTAIN

No one really likes to clean, but Modularity Tiles make it less of a chore. Our extra-thick wear layer and polyurethane coating are stain and dirt resistant, allowing most messes to be easily wiped or swept clean, while being able to handle your most potent dis-infectant. If a tile somehow gets damaged, simply pull it up and replace it. It’s that easy!
