Lyon antimicrobial lockers are finished in an advanced powder coating technology that inhibits mold, bacterial and odor build-up on locker surfaces, as well as the touch transfer of microbes on locker handles and doors.

Here’s how it works: Any moisture triggers the controlled release of powerful silver ions to provide superior antimicrobial protection

for decades. The antimicrobial compound is completely inorganic, less toxic than ordinary table salt, less irritating than talcum powder, and has been approved for medical devices and food contact applications.

We look at it this way: The cost is small. The peace of mind, immeasurable.

Antimicrobial finish lockers are available from stock in light gray (GY655) in the following sizes:

Quiet PlusEliminating metal to metal contact, all Lyon locker doors are fitted with nylon lockbar guides to reduce clanging and provide smoother, quieter opera-tion. In addition to quieter lock bars, Lyon Quiet-Plus locker doors include a sound deadening door panel. The resulting combi-nation minimizes noise levels caused by opening and closing locker doors. LYON strongly recommends wall and/or

floor anchoring for all locker installations.

Pull Handles, with built-in padlock loop, are standard on multiple tier lockers. Optional roll point catch available.

(Note: for demonstration purposes, top nano roller has been lowered into close proximity with locker handle.) New nylon lockbar guide ensures lockbar alignment and eliminates metal-to-metal contact.

• Single Point latches are designed for built-in locks with wraparound technology or padlocks.

• The door frames are formed by overlapping and welding the junction between the hori-zontal and vertical members to form a rigid unitized structure that fully frames the door.

• Standard hinges are full loop design and provide more strength than larger butt type hinges.

• The full loop hinges are inserted through slots in the door and frame to maintain alignment and increase attachment strength.

• Door frames include integral full height 16 gauge door strikes to reinforce door edges.

Single Point Latch(no moving parts) is securely welded to locker body providing firm seat for repetitive door openings and closings. Door is held closed magnetically.

Three Point Latch Multi-point locking mechanism with Lyon‘s new lockbars add the convenience of closing the doors in the locked position. Available with either Tamper Guard handles or recessed handles. Both handles include padlock attach-ments and accept built-in key or combination locks.

Deluxe Collegiate Lockers offer additional security for special equipment or assigned gear. 18" high interior compartment bench with padlock hasp. Upper compartment door may also be equipped with built-in key or combi-nation lock.Deluxe Collegiate Lockers with Doors offer the same design and construc-tion features as above, plus the added security of a reinforced door.

Collegiate Lockers are designed to provide easy access to equipment and uniforms in team locker rooms. Shelf included.Collegiate Lockers with Doors are recommended for storing bulky uniforms of hockey and football teams, offering up to 36" wide compartments. A. Duplex Standard Lockers conserve floor space by providing two individual lockers in each frame. Each compartment is 71⁄2" wide, doors are hinged in center. Each compartment has a hat shelf and single prong coat hooks.

B. Two Person Lockers are only 15" wide, with two full length coat compartments and two separate compartments at top. Doors are hinged in the center allowing simultane-ous access for both users.

Choose from 3 different models that accommodate from one to three children each. Standard Lyon Cubbies for Kids are available 15" deep, and 12", 15" and 18" wide. Our Cubbies are constructed from heavy duty 16 ga. steel (18 ga. backs) for durability — and feature our special antimicrobial powder paint finish that fights bacterial growth and corrosion on locker surfaces in the classroom.

These lockers are also available with 14 ga. formed steel doors (single through nine tier models).

Angle Iron LockersLyon Angle Iron lockers are available in 1-6 tier models. They feature our famous all-welded construction throughout for exceptional strength and durabil-ity — PLUS 1" x 1" x 1/8" angle iron frame construction! Heavy duty 13 ga. expanded metal panels, providing 73% ventilation, or 16 ga. solid steel panels, are then welded to the angle iron door frames.An additional handle panel is welded to the center span of the door for even greater strength. Standard sides are constructed of 13 ga. expanded metal, or 16 ga. solid steel, with 18 ga. cold rolled steel backs.

Aluminum Pedestals are sold separately, and can be used with wood tops for free standing or moveable installations.
