Reontnwnts will metimes not be finalized until as late as the day before theyoccur, and for Scurit reasons this schedule should be treated confidentially.The original veision of this schedule will be based in part on supposition andguesswork and wll include a mMter of entries not yet confirmed by host governments.Subsequent revisions will provide further details and will attsrpt to include allnecessary logistical and protool information.

Be sure to cdck the Control Room/Staff Office established in each hotel for thelatest schedle information at least daily. While omplete schedules for eachcountry will be provided upon departure frmn the previous omtry r upon arrivalin a new comntry, there are lkely to be daily changes that may very well /npact ontravel times and meeting participants.

oen you ar achxe uled to acocmpany the Attorney General (generally including theentire party on travel days), plan to be in place and ready to depart at least 10minutes prior to scheduled departure.

Baggage deadlines are firm and final. Baggage must be turned in at the Control Rom/VStaff Office no later than the tine indicated; on arrival, baggage will be availableat the Control Rom/Staff Office 30-60 minutes after your arrival at the hotel ineach city. The ontrol RIxmStaff Office will also be the place at which one cbtainsone's hotel roan key (you will have been pre-registered). Because hotel roans willbe .direct-billed to your agency, it is inperative that you pay any incidental charges(laundry, cleaning, rom service, bar, restaurant, phone calls, etc.) beforedeparting the hotel.

Ihe mode of transportation for the trip is a U.S. Air Force VC-135B aircraft. Manyof the flights are very long and the plane will be full or nearly so on every leg,

o carry-on items should be limited. Overseas purchases that do not fit in yourbaggage should be mailed hone-there is no etra cargo space. Because interioraircraft temperatures may vary from wam to cool, and because of the length of theflights, plan to dress casually on travel days in samething adaptable to differingclimates.

The Control Ron/Staff Office established in each hotel will be the focal point ofstaff work and for informtion and assistMce. It will be a fully-equippe office.
