Green Leaf HOA Meeting Minutes August 11, 2012 Julie Winsor

Board members present: Barb Kennedy, Jansi Garner, Sharon Hall, Julie Winsor

The purpose of this meeting was to elect new board members for the

HOA, due to the resignation of all current board members on August

31, 2012.

Since there was not a quorum in attendance, the by-laws of

GREENLEAF Subdivision state:

ARTICLE V

OFFICERS

Section 1. Number. The Board of Directors as soon as may be after the election

thereof held in each year, shall elect a President (who shall also serve as Chairman of

the Board of Directors), Secretary, and Treasurer, and from time to time may appoint

one or more Vice Presidents and such other officers, agents and employees as it

deems proper. Any two or more offices may be held by the same person, except the

offices of President and Secretary.

Those volunteering for a position:

-Ernest Garner

-Nora Brown

The board appointed all four to begin serving September 1, 2012, until

the end of the year (December 31, 2012), at which time the annual

election will take place. The meeting was adjourned.
