    Special law:

    A special law is a law applicable to a particular subject.

    Like banking law , labor law

    The Opium Law (orOpiumwetin Dutch) is the section of the Dutch law which covers

    nearly allpsychotropic drugs. Most non-psychotropic, but prescription-only drugs arecovered by the Medicine Act, the most well known exception being Ketamine which is

    covered by the Medicine Act.

    Trespass to chattels, also known as trespass to goods or trespass to personal property, is

    defined as "an intentional interference with the possession of personal Generally, trespassto chattels possesses three elements:

    1. Lack of consent. The interference with the property must be non-consensual. A

    claim does not lie if, in acquiring the property, the purchaser consents

    he Frontier Crimes Regulation (FCR) comprises a set of laws ofPakistan that are

    applicable to the Federally Administered Tribal Areas(FATA). The law states that threebasic rights are not applicable to the residents of FATA appeal, wakeeland daleel

    (respectively, the Right to Appeal detention, theRight to Legal Representation, and theRight to present reasoned evidence).

    Under reforms, an accused has to be produced before an authority within 24 hours of his

    arrest and has the right to bail
