Special airfares booked in Q class “Sweet Deals” are eligible to accrue 50% KrisFlyer frequent flyer miles (not eligible to accrue miles on other airline frequent flyer programmes). CHILDREN AND INFANT FARES: Accompanied children aged 2 to 14 years (inclusive): charge 75% of applicable adult fare. Infant (not occupying a seat) aged 0 to 2 years: charge 10% of applicable adult fare. If child turns 2years at any point of the journey they must occupy and pay for a child seat for the whole journey. CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: Sweet Deals “Q Class” cancellations or a change to a lower fare type received after tickets have been issued is not permitted. No refunds available once ticket has been issued. Tickets that are required to be reissued at any time are subject to an additional handling fee of USD50 per ticket. Customers who no-show for a Singapore Airlines flight booked in Economy Class will be charged a fee of USD200. Changes are permitted for an applicable fee. VALIDITY: 3 months from the date of departure.
