Queens Hall | Hall Brown Terrace and McInnes Parlors

For more than 100 years, McInnes Parlors have welcomed guests to Queens in the heart of Queens Hall.

Recently renovated, the Parlors are great for gatherings such as cocktail receptions and holiday parties.

The addition of Hall Brown Terrace in 2015 has given the parlors an extended space for guests to enjoy,

which includes a stunning view of campus. The parlors can accommodate up to 100 guests and

weather permitting, the terrace extends the accommodations to 200.

Belk Chapel | Sanctuary and McInnes Rotunda

We accommodate Saturday weddings in the Chapel in two time blocks: 11:00 am - 3:00 pm or 4:00 - 8:00 pm, and other days based on availability.

Make use of the elegantly manicured campus grounds for your wedding photography.

Host to thousands of weddings since its opening in 1950, Belk Chapel is a classically Southern space for

your special ceremony with beautiful natural light. Renovations in 2017 include an airy rotunda to greet

your guests from Radcliffe Avenue and pre-ceremony space for both the bride and groom’s parties.

Rental Includes:Seating for up to 500 guests using the lower level and balcony

One hour rehearsal on the Friday prior to wedding

Headset and lectern microphone

Campus parking

Housekeeping

Wedding party dressing areas

Use of the piano and organ included, but cannot be removed

On-site event manager to ensure theChapel is ready with additional wedding coordination services available for an additional fee.

*All set up and breakdown/clean-up required to occur within 4-hour time block

Claudia Belk RoomWith its more modern feel, the Claudia Belk Room

off ers seating for 150 and is the perfect space for

holiday parties, corporate meetings, or special

celebrations.

The Levine LobbyThe Levine Lobby is the welcoming point for

your guests whether attending a special event

in the Claudia Belk Room or an athletic event in

Curry Arena. The versatility of the space allows

for anything from merchandising and ticketing to

cocktail receptions. Accommodates 100 guests.

As the Coronavirus Pandemic has taken over the globe, many couples have chosen to let love prevail and still move forward with their original wedding date. With the set guidelines of low gathering numbers, the Facebook Live Ceremony has been born. Let us take this extra stress off your hands and broadcast your ceremony for those loved ones who cannot be there in person. Reach out for base pricing.

Rental Includes:

For an additional starting cost of $65/hr, editing and cutting of the fi nal product

Ability to broadcast through your personal FB account for ease of audience members

Facebook Live Add-On

Broadcast beginning 5 minutes before the ceremony to include processional, the entire ceremony, and concluding 5 minutes after the ceremony to include recessional
