• COORDINATORS AND ADMINISTRATORS HAVE IDENTIFIED STUDENT COHORT GROUPS FOR:
• HYBRID A AND B
• FULLY REMOTE C AND D
• ADMINISTRATORS, WORKING WITH DISTRICT LEADERS HAVE IDENTIFIED PROFESSIONAL STAFF WHO WILL BE WORKING:

• FULLY REMOTE C AND D
• ADMINISTRATORS, COORDINATORS AND BUILDING REOPENING TASK FORCES ARE PLACING STUDENTS WITH TEACHERS
AND BUILDING STAFF AND STUDENT SCHEDULES.
• STUDENT PLACEMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE BY THE END OF THIS WEEK FOR K-8. MHS STUDENTS WILL RECEIVE THEIRSCHEDULES PRIOR TO SEPTEMBER 9, 2020. SPECIAL EDUCATION STAFFINGINFORMATION WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR MHS STUDENTS BEGINNING THE WEEK OF AUGUST 31, 2020.

• WE WILL OFFER AN INCLUSIVE PRESCHOOL PROGRAM FOR OUR 3-5 YEAR OLD STUDENTS IN MERRIMACK.
• PRESCHOOL PROGRAMS WILL BEGIN ON SEPTEMBER 16, 2020, SO
MARK YOUR CALENDARS. THIS IS CONSISTENT WITH PREVIOUS YEARS.
• PRESCHOOL STAFF WILL BE AVAILABLE TO SUPPORT KINDERGARTEN
TRANSITION FROM SEPTEMBER 9-SEPTEMBER 15, 2020.
• WE HAVE IDENTIFIED OUR HYBRID COHORTS A AND B, AND FULLY
REMOTE COHORTS C AND D FOR STUDENTS WITH EDUCATIONAL
DISABILITIES BY REACHING OUT TO EACH FAMILY TO DETERMINE THE
APPROPRIATE MODEL FOR THEIR FAMILY.
• WE WILL BE SENDING A LETTER TO FAMILIES OF CHILDREN, WHO ARE
REGISTERED FOR PRESCHOOL AND DO NOT HAVE AN EDUCATIONAL
DISABILITY, BY FRIDAY AUGUST 21, 2020 TO DETERMINE PARTICIPATION
IN MEEP.
• CONSISTENT WITH PREVIOUS YEARS, MEEP WILL HAVE
A STAGGERED START FOR AM 8:45 – 11:15 AND PM CLASSES WILL BE
HELD FROM 12:00- 2:30.
• INFORMATION RELATED TO CLASS PLACEMENT, TEACHER AND COHORT
WILL BE SHARED BY WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 26, 2020.
• TUITION WILL BE WAIVED FOR SEMESTER 1.
• ALL STUDENTS WILL PARTICIPATE IN BENCHMARK ASSESSMENTS
USING TSGOLD DURING THE FIRST 6-8 WEEKS OF SCHOOL. THIS IS
CONSISTENT WITH PREVIOUS YEARS.
