The European Life Long Learning Project SpeakApps (www.speakapps.eu), in which the University of Groningen is a participant, has delivered a number of interesting language learning tools focusing on practicing oral skills online. These tools are now being used in institutions across Europe. Through the SpeakApps Open Educational Resources teachers can contribute and share tasks for oral production and interaction. In the presentation I will present the SpeakApps platform and its tools. Furthermore we will discuss the use of the Open Educational Resources for designing online speaking tasks.
